On the day of the installation, our dedicated professional team of installers will remove your old toilet if necessary and install your new one, including the accessories if sold as a set. He will also supply and install a new shut off valve as required.

When buying your toilet, please take note that the installation does not include drilling new holes. You should also make sure that your actual plumbing system can accommodate your new toilet to avoid additional charges and / or installation delays.

At the end of the installation process, the installer will test the toilet to ensure proper functioning and will clean the job site before departing. Disposal of the delivery box and the toilet falls under the customer’s responsibility and it is not included in our installation services. These services are however offered at an additional charge.
